Fulfillment Policy

All service agreements (subscriptions) have a length of one calendar year unless otherwise stated in your Managed Services Agreement (MSA). When your MSA is in conflict with information on this website, the MSA takes precedence.
At the completion of the service agreement term, the agreement will auto-renew for an additional term equal in length to the original agreed upon term unless otherwise stated in your MSA
If you wish to cancel or alter the service agreement, please inform us via email at kking@kingnams.com at least 30 days prior to the renewal of your service agreement term.
If you wish to cancel your service agreement before the agreed upon term, you will still be responsible for the remaining balance of the service agreement, due in full at the time of cancellation.
We accept returns for physical equipment ordered through KingNAMS within 30 days of receipt of that equipment if it is unopened. If it has been opened, a restocking fee may be applied. If it is beyond 30 days of receipt, we do not accept returns.
